Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and manage the overall operations of the company, including project execution, resource allocation, and budget control.

Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and safety standards.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make quick, sound decisions.

  • Degree in engineering preferred.

Join our dynamic team as a Project Support Coordinator / Administrative Assistant and be a vital part of our success story!

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with engineers, general contractors, and others via email or phone to ensure smooth project coordination.
  • Warmly welcome visitors, handle light phone duties, and manage incoming mail at the front desk.
  • Maintain the office environment by ordering supplies, tending to plants, and liaising with vendors.
  • Support weekly field payroll activities.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for both corporate and field personnel.
  • Assist project managers with various tasks including onboarding field team members, note-taking during meetings, and organizing background checks and training sessions.
  • Contribute to light bookkeeping tasks.
  • Aid in tracking project expenses using QuickBooks and Monday software.
  • Oversee project-related documentation, including contracts and compliance records, and provide assistance with document reviews.
  • Collaborate on special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, with a background in contracting or engineering being advantageous.
