Position Summary:

UIG Tanks is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our projects, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. This is a key leadership role that requires exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and manage the overall operations of the company, including project execution, resource allocation, and budget control.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety guidelines throughout all projects.
  • Manage and supervise project teams, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to achieve project objectives.
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure the highest standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.

  • Identify training and development needs for the team and coordinate appropriate training programs.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement within the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in operations management within the construction industry, preferably with experience in water storage tank projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and safety standards.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make quick, sound decisions.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
  • Knowledge of applicable regulations, codes, and standards related to water storage tanks is preferred.

We are seeking a talented Civil or Structural Engineer to join our corporate office. In this role, you will be responsible for performing structural analysis and design for bolted metal tanks, tank structures, and related accessories.

This is an in-house position, you will need to be able to commute to our headquarters in Lake Forest, CA.

Responsibilities:

  • Design structural solutions for bolted and various tank options, including concrete foundation designs and analysis.
  • Review structural drawings, design calculations, and foundation details for project quotes and orders provided by estimators.
  • Recommend and implement product improvements to enhance safety, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop competitive solutions for clients.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering (required).
  • Experience with steel structures is essential; experience in tank and concrete design is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel when necessary and meet with clients, engineers, and contractors via virtual meetings or email.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members, management, and clients.
  • Effective communication with clients and team members.

Position Summary:

We’re seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive top-of-funnel activity by identifying, qualifying, and booking high-quality sales opportunities. You will play a critical role in helping us grow our pipeline and customer base by targeting engineers, general contractors, municipal buyers, and industrial end users.

Key Responsibilities:

· Proactively research and identify potential customers within target industries and geographies.
· Use outbound calling, email outreach, and social selling (e.g., LinkedIn) to initiate contact.
· Qualify leads based on project type, timeline, budget, and decision-making authority.
· Set meetings for Account Executives and Technical Sales Support Staff.
· Maintain accurate data in the CRM system and manage a healthy pipeline.
· Collaborate with marketing on lead generation campaigns and feedback loops.
· Follow up on inbound inquiries from UIG website, events, and industry platforms.
· Report on KPIs including calls made, meetings set, and qualified opportunities generated.

Qualifications:

· 1-3 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or customer outreach (B2B preferred).
· Experience in industrial, construction, water/wastewater industries is a strong plus.
· Excellent communication, phone presence, and writing skills.
· Proficient in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
· Ability to understand technical products and articulate value.

· Engage with prospects and clients to understand technical needs and project objectives.

Qualifications:

· 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in construction, manufacturing, or infrastructure-related industries.
· Proven success in consultative, technical, or capital equipment sales.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
· Strong organizational and project management abilities.
· CRM Proficiency (e.g., Salesforce or equivalent).
· Knowledge of water/wastewater industry, municipal procurement or tank systems is a strong plus.
· Willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits, and industry events (20-40%).
